Temps increase quickly with air cooling, so I would say :
1.65V on air (good air cooler).
1.70-1.75V with a Vapo.

i think 1.7 on air (as long as temsp arent a problem) and 1.75-1.8 on vape, depending on how long you want your chip to last

I agree. I've used 1.7v for long periods on air without any probs.

I was at 1.75 with an SLK900 and a 92mm tornado maxing out on load @ 41 degrees. I had it to 1.8 on water, load @ 44 degrees. Im not planning on having this chip for longer than a year anyways, so Im not too concerned.

i don't want to put you off upping your voltages but i have recently fried a P4 3.0c running it at 1.75v 24/7 after a period of about a month. It was running at 3900 in a Mach II and just started freezing randomly even at stock speeds. The only way i could get it stable was to *underclock* (shudder!!!!!) it to 2300.

I was pretty surprised that i had managed to effectively kill this processor by running 1.75 after a month in a mach-ii but there ya go - the upside was that i took it back to the store i bought it from and got it replaced there and then. And this one only needs 1.7v to get to the same speed, and is stable at 4.1ghz with 1.8.

:D it can happen!!

I've seen many people suffering from SNDS at 1.7V. This is with both air and prometeia.

To be on the safe side i'll would never go over 1,7V.
