I did all of these runs on just the stock coolers. My chipset does have waterblocks, but they are not connected to any water source. I wanted to see what I could do with just opening the box and playing with it like many other people will do.

System:
ASUS 790i Ultra
QX9650 @4.0Ghz
DDR3 1066

I could just taste x7k but was left short in the end so far.

Hitting p20k was my goal for these runs at first, and I left feeling good.

A nice E54k run:) BUT I do think there is more in her, but I'm 99% sure that I'm at a wall with my power supply.

I have a new love for Vista and Vantage. Which brings me more love for these PALiT GTX cards they really are wonders in my machine right now.

The more you run it, the more you like it. I just wish you could get points at HWBOT.

Vantage FTW it really stresses hardware.

I'll do old school when I get all the goodies installed on the board, and video cards.:)

I would say a set of DDR3-1600 would do you some good at 6-6-6-16

nah, Vantage doesn't stress hardware... minesweeper is the ultimate benchmark
