USB's...problem

after a reformat, my computer doesnt appear to have plug and play abilities

USB mouse and keyboard are fine..
its just..I have to reboot my computer for it to realize I have my webcam in, and my USB corsair flash drive, dont come up at all..
but when Im booting I can see it in the boot up, and yes I know it works

Hi,

is it a single port that is giving you these issues ? you said USB keyboard and mouse work..whats your system configuration as in.. OS.. etc. why did u reformat etc.. as much detail as possible...

the reason I reformat was because my login files were :banana::banana::banana::banana:ed, and yeah

its all of the ports
I had no problems before, it was a instant plug and play with anything...

XP pro 32bit

the only thing I think is different is

when I first got the board, I installed the drivers right from the disk, it had a BSOD problem because of the nvidia ethernet, so there was a beta fixed that worked perfectly but was just the nvidia drivers..so
but this time, I downloaded the newest ones first.

what is the best way to remove all the drivers, so I can reinstall the rest

u must be using a htpc with fully usb ports rite?

last time i occured on my client's pc .. i had to remove the batteries to reset the cmos .. luckily .. the default bios supports usb keyboard ..

nope no htpc..

I can try that, :( have to do my overclocks again but not like its hard with a celly xD lol

i just uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the ones from the disk
and it STILL dont read it...I know the USB works..

what could the problem

i just hit update driver on the USB, and left, came back and it worked? lol
