I figured since im going with vista to get the directx 10 but on the microsoft site all i see is the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en) will that install the best directx?

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=7734251 Link to my build, Already have ordered parts just waiting on it in the mail :)

Sorry I didn't know where else to post this.

as you know, DX10 comes preinstalled on Vista and gets updated through Win Update when needed. But also as you might know, most games still run on DX9 so you'll need to download the web installer (dxwebsetup) from DX9 and just run it, as DX10 is not retro compatible with DX9 games.
