ocz's diy notebooks.. question for someone

a good freind of mine just bought two of these from buy.com. they came and he dropped them off to me to assemble for him.. but they look cheap imo because there is no logo on them?? i see a spot where it is supposed to be on the lid but there is nothing there and it looks crappy i think and so does he. he said he doesnt want to really send them back for that but he will because they will be sitting on his desk and his customers will see them without the logo's on there,

is there a way to get 2 of those stickers rather than sending back the whole notebook?? i called and left 2 messages but still no call back and no email return either, so im hoping someone from ocz from here can help me out

hmm so yeah in a week not a return email, or a return phone call (sent three emails and called 4 times) and no response here.. no more ocz anything for us..

Hmmm, you posted at 3pm in the afternoon on Friday and Today is (was) Saturday. This forum is also not monitored 24/7 like our forum is. Yet here it is 12:50 am on Sunday morning and I read this after returning home :(

I am sorry you have not received a reply back from the office, whom did you leave a message for? What dept did you request at the menu on the phone?

oh im sorry i didnt realize that.. i apologize. i called the tech dept. then i called sales. left both messages, then i called 2 days later and the operator put me through to the tech dept since she said thats who i would have to speak with.

the email address was the one that is on the tech support phone line i left emails for..

all i need is 2 of the ocz emblems or logo's or whatever they are called.

btw another guy i know bought the same system and he said the same thing it was a blank spot there.. so you may want to have someone look into that maybe they are coming from the factory without some of the emblems since i know for a fact that system is marketed by a lot of companies like sager and is built by compal.. he has always liked ocz so even though we actually could have got them a bit cheaper through another brand he went ahead and ordered the ocz ones hoping for the better service for the money but so far he has been dissapointed not in the fact the emblems are missing as much as the fact that not a single contact back has been made.

i can post a picture of what im talking about showing the blank spot if you like me to.. let me know i you can help me out at all.. again everything else if fine and they are running perfectly.. they just look really cheap without the names on them..
