I only have that much budget for motherboard since I want to oveclock my Q6600 to about 3.6GHz :( and getting another 4850 :yepp:
Btw I have several options like this in my country (no online shop):
Asus P5K
DFI Lan Party UT P35-T2R
Foxconn P35A
Anyone knows which one is the best?

3.6GHz is going to be a hard goal to reach it really depends on what batch number you quad is, the stepping, RAM, and cooling.
ASUS P5Q Pro - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131299
DFI LP DK P35 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813136043
Of these two the DK is probably most overclocking friendly with quads, but the P45 still looks pretty good.

Since you say "another 4850" I am assuiming you will be wanting to run x-fire. If so you will be severely limited with the 3 boards you mention. You need an X38 board to take full advantage of 2 4850 GPUs. If I misinterpreted what you are trying to say then the DFI Lan Party UT P35-T2R is the best of the 3 you list with the P5K coming in at close 2nd.
