Help with overclocking evga 790i

hey all as the title says,i need abit of help here,bought my EVGA 790i mobo two days ago,loving it atm,although im looking for a higher overclock then the best i could get which was 3.5ghz,anyone out there with a guide of all the settings they got running in ther bios,iv got a q6700 with a dtek fuzion v2block, any questions ask away,cheers.
current settings are basically everything is on auto iv set ram volts to 1.8v and running the ram linked in sync mode,my ram is patriot pc3 10666 2x2gb kit
