It's a typo,a mistake.IMC actually works @ 2Ghz.The HT link speed is the same-> 2Ghz,but they seem to used the "double data rate" and wanted to be smart ,so they put 4Ghz in there.
In actuality ,this AM2 B3 opteron is a sweet deal!219$ is around 145e so we get a cream of the crop of current K10 B3 steppings,with 75W ACP(which i highly doubt gets over in normal usage across all 4 cores)

I've been waiting for the opty's to show up, thx for the good news.
NB is at 2000mhz(4000ddr) and HT is anything up to that,but
not higher.

I don't think it's ACP it says "thermal power' and the numbers make sence 95w @ 2.3, 2.1 @ 75w
and like Informal said it's cream of the crop (I hope you right) which "usually" overclocks high - on stock voltage
Don't think this one will go anywhere near it's "older" brothers thou.

Anyway we just talked about the B3 opty's here somewhere about a week ago,and what do you know.
The price looks good too, compare to 300 or so that it was listed
at earlier.

Same here, grrr lol.

Anyway, I'd love to try a quadcore Opty. Although, I first want to wait for SB750 boards and see how they do HTT with a Phenom in it. The Opteron can have such a nice potential, we wont ever see it if HTT OC's are still low.

I really hope we're going to see 13xx Opterons doing the same nice things as the 1xx Opterons did.
