Outlook error message - need help!

I am suddenly getting an error message when I try to open a hyperlink in email messages. The errror message says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please check with your system administrator."

I have Vista Home Premium SP1, Outlook 2007, and this started happenly I believe sometime after the latest windows update.

Any ideads?

there are some spyware trojans that disable account privelages. if you right click the taskbar and see that the TASKMANAGER is not highlightable (and assuming it was before), then you could well be infected

i've seen it alot lately. some even stop the firewall from launchin on startup, most antivirus from updating and preventing you from download *.rar *.zip and *.exe files from websites. inc some links
