Want to get a Q9450 for long
But I want to get a Q6600 for even longer....
Now Q9450 is out, and ppl are selling their Q6600,
it's time for my 939 to retire......
I did a little research, probably Q6600 + P35 + ICH9R is the best shot
Q6600 can get a stock V at 400x8=3.2
P35 can support future CPU upgrade
ICH9R can host my 3 Disk Raid-5 well
Since there are soooo many good P35 board on the second hand market,
which model do u recommend please ?

P35 is the best bang for the buck. P45's are looking good so far though and the P5Q Deluxe would be my choice. If you go P35 then id say get the DFI LP P35 LT.

if you want to find a motherboard deal you need to look here:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2000200000%204809&StoreType=1&page=1&srchInDesc=p35&bop=And&SpeTabStoreType=99&Order=PRICE
any p35 will work well, just make sure your getting a good brand and model. Biostar is crap unless you pay for their high end line which really pales in comparison to gigabyte, asus, msi, etc

if you only want to run 3.2 ghz, why not look for a 965 board?
If you get a p35, i would plan on running at at least 3.4ghz, anything less and you are a pansy. (j/k) welcome to the wonderful world of intel.....
(if you want an aftermarket cooler, check the newegg open box section also.)

I really do love to OC, I want to try to OC it as high as possible, but that are just for testing, and for fun.....
stable is a consern too, but normally a MB can handle good OC, must be a stable board too.....
BTW,,, I'm looking for a Nice OC Q6600 + MB + 4GB ram combo,
