I need help getting my mac to fold!

Hi everyone, my mac used to fold just fine untill a few weeks ago. I keep getting this message...
(i'm running the console version so this is what it says...

I am connected to the internet so i don't know whats happening! Any help would be great..
i'm using an ibook g4 (i'm planing on upgrading to a windows desktop soon)

that's not on your side.. that's stanford's server side issues...

You can report it at fah, but they're probably just gonna tell you to leave it running and it will assign and pick up a wu when the servers aren't too busy or the probelm is resolved.

you can check your logs and see which ip's were assigned previously to get work,
then check the fah server status page for more info http://fah-web.stanford.edu/serverstat.html

Did you pay your Internet bill ?
Maybe the ISP cut it off,unless you're like me and using neighbors 802.11, may the hardware gods bless their router and Wii that needs wifi

Thankfully my parents pay the ISP bill (roadrunner). Its been going on forever so i'm just switching to WCG for a little bit till it actually works!

I had this problem last night. I set it on the allow list for my firewall and it started working again. The odd thing is it was working for a few hours before then.
Anyways, you can check the server status here:
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/serverstat.html

Look for server 171.64.65.103 I believe. It tells you a good bit of info.

i'll check my firewall.. this has been going on for the last few months though so I just gave up and i'm now just crunching for WCG because that works

my firewall is off so I don't know why it isn't working. Is it a mac issue? i've tried getting the latest software for it but it still doesn't work.

there's not a lot of traffic in that forum.. but numerous posts about no wu's avail (pretty dated)..
