This is my first overclock ever and my first build. Are my temps and voltages good? Should I try to go lower on the voltages? It is stable for eight hours so far.

Try get crank up the vcore and vfsb abit and try 400fsb should be possible

Yeah, for the record, many Q6600 G0s will do 3Ghz on all stock voltages.
