After a really bad first experience with 3 pots this morning I've decided to run some SPI, wprime and pifast with my BlackOps.
SETUP:
10L LN2
Dimastech Bench Table
QX9650 L744B156(CB @ -145C @ 5890mhz 1,94V)
Foxconn BlackOps(P02)
2x1GB CellShock 1800
Ati X300
Sirtec High Power 1200W
Win Xp+Sp2
Here is my screenies:
A Wprime 1024 just for fun:

A nice Pifast:)

And this is actually my best SPI 1M:

For 3 times I've obtained this time and every time pc freeze when I was opening the 2nd CPU-Z for the ram:(
So memory was @ 843mhz 6-6-6-18 1T, I had write wrong in the screen:rolleyes:
I've also a 7.859 @ 5880mhz, but only in picture::rolleyes:

Hey Stefano.
Uhm, my first run with 3 pots has been really bad:(
After a warming up run in '06 I was not able to close other benchies:(
One vga totally crazy:shakes:
But it's nice to hand 3 pots:D
Really difficult but nice.:)
Yes, the SPI is not good but I'm weak in tweaking:(
@Marco74: Tks Marco and good luck for your bench session:)

Hey, don't be disappointed, there's really no reason therefore.
Almost 5.9 Ghz benches are really nice and not easy to achieve!
If CPU-Z needs to much time to open, then just tweak the .ini and it will open quickly. (Don't care, if you did that already :))

Your new qx perform really well (better than the last one?) and also cellshock are amazing...829@cas6

Well yes, almost 5.9ghz is not too bad:)
But next time I want it:up:
@ Nidecker: Tks my friend.
Yes this new QX is really nice but next time I want to try again with my old L739 with 2V:)
CS is really good ram, I've closed the 1M @ 843 6-6-6-18 1t PL6 and TRD @ 6 with 2.21v

Try "Sensor=OFF", that will influence nothing except amount of memory if you use maxmem. You can test others aswell, but IMO this is the best and gains the most) BUT beware, AFAIK validation will not work then! Best thing is to do two shortcuts and name them correctly to prevent confusion. :)

Tks, yes I had already try:D
Uh, good info, I didn't know that with sensor off validation didn't work:D
Never try.:)
So yes, 2 shortcut is the best way.

Awaiting some crazy numbers then my friend :D
Hmm, I tried on MARS [P35] my QX9770 was doing same.. 440boot. Unfortunately DDR3 wasnt working as rated and BO[X48] was not really tested. P45 on other hand was really interesting with 480 boot and 490 MAX on a pre-production Gigabyte ;)

Looks like you use Vista with simple design (icon next to start-button leads me to believe that). I heard Vista is the better OS for Quad + wPrime-action, but hadn't time to try that for myself. :)
thx hyperhorn for cpu-z info I did not know that one :)

Maybe this saturday some quad CF actions with 2xHD3870X2(Asus top cards):D
I hope to bench again the '06 @ 5.7ghz for some nice numbers:)
The GTX has started to run well:D

Hey guys, do you think a 1200W psu will be sufficent for two 3870X2 + a 5.7ghz Yorkie?
Or is a better idea to use a Topower 750 for system and the Sirtec for the cards....
