IC7-G and P4C800 E compatible with the Mach 2?

Are there any issues using the Prommie Mach 2 and an IC7-G?

sold my Vapo so i am wondering whether my board is compatible and just in case i get an Asus P4C800 E is the second bord compatible with the Mach 2 as well?
