Q6600 Temps and OCing

Arctic Freezer 7 Pro on my Q6600. What's the general area my temps should be at on that processor. Mind you I have no idea how to actually over clock the chip. So right now it's scaling back to 1.86GHz when not under a load.

At stock think it will idle around 30-35°C, topping out aroudn 55-60°C

Once you start to push voltages (1.3+) the freezer will not be able to handle the heatoutput anymore...

I'm getting 41C idle and 63C under load. That's at 3GHz with the stock Intel cooler.
