Good to see ur work posted over...
Keep pushing it.
So... Can someone test Commando [which does at least 600+ 32M, I'm speaking that in test must be that kind of motherboard, not that all Commando are doing this] and that P45 which does same [600+ 32M], preferable with DDR3 and test both 32M [or some 3D, as You wish, I'm a 2D guy myself ;)] performance [strap tweak with i965 of course and some aggressive DDR3 with P45 to make it fair] and max FSB with a bunch of "random" Wolfdales?
I'm not interested in "look, my P35 with one of a hundred CPUs I've tested done 620 FSB" but in some statistics which will show something more real than individual situations [especially when it is like I stated before - many, many CPUs to test and find "the one"] :).
Anyway, it's nice to see P45 "fighting".
Commando will lose.
1. DDR3 gives a nice boost to 32M (like 10-15 seconds @ 4GHz low clock challenge)
2. Not all commando can run all pmem tweaks @ 600+ fsb, you need a good 965 :)

Amaizing FSB with new BIOS and finally one DDR3 mobo that likes wolfdale cpu's :)
Commando will lose.
In fact I hope so, finally it will be something new... :p:
But I want to see testing with more CPUs and as I stated "random" ones, the statistics is important here [at least for me, for a non-uber-xtreme-OCer which can not test hundreds of CPUs as some of You], not the "absolute max" with cherry-picked processor.

Great results:up:
Did you have any CPU GTL adjustments to help over 600FSB?
Were you having any success with other dividers scaling that well?
I left all GTLs as auto..
Yes, I could at 9x ratio too.. only this the max valid, cpu-z did a lot corrupt results :( Mobo can 650+..

Hi guys!
Finally got mine too. I was having frequent reboots with the default bios settings. Just managed to get it stable by setting Dram voltage to 1.94V manually.
@over@locker886:
As I'm a complete noob in OC, can you recommand some Oc settings, please? We both have same mobo, CPU and RAM ;). I'll try them and give feedback to this forum.
AC FSB TRY:

Completely OOB mobo without any preps, seems to be nice enough for some high numbers as well.
Chasing ASUS Commando MB ? Possible, very easily:

Thanks a lot over@locker886 and Chri$ch for sharing your settings. That bios 0702, is it official?
I can see there are only 2 bios for P5Q3 Deluxe on their official site: 0611 and 0704. Did I miss anything here?
I'll try your settings this weekend.
By the way, I've put my 2 Sata2 Hard Disks on ICH10 ports(red) and the memory modules on orange slots. Is it ok, performance wise?
