Vmem mod on R9700 non pro doesn't help!

I have done the Vgpu mod, I went from 385 to 440Mhz on the core. But without a Vmem mod I do 355Mhz on the memory and with the mod (it works 100%, I meassure voltages between 2.85V and 3.4V when I turn the pot) it does also 355Mhz.
What can be the cause that it will not go faster?

What does a Vref and a Vddq mod? What are the effects of that?

u prob need to do the vref mod..

by default 9700 non pro vref is @ 1.25 o_O..

and optimally it should be set @ 1/2 of vmem..

What is the max voltage that I can give my memory (Hynix 3.6ns)? I thought about 3.4V. So the Vref should be 1.7V right?
