Is there a problem with the clamp for these things? Mine is sliding around like crazy.... I had the original 120 that had a different clamp and that thing was on there rock solid.

My temps are really odd too. IP35 Pro and am seeing 5 C at load lol. Gonna try and reseat it, but I am not sure that is gonna help much if it is still going to be sliding around. Any tips for getting these things to stay on better?

the loose mount is a problem with the mounting system on the TRUE, try using a washer or somthing to increase pressure, the temp reporting problem is a problem with the IP35 Pro itself, ive had this issue before with alot of other people i was helping.

Yeah, like Spawne32 said, a washer will do the trick. Ridiculous stuff we put up with to use the true's but they really are tough to beat once you fix the sloppy base and the sloppy mount :D What bios are you on with that ip35-pro?

Your original 120 didn't have the "swivel" mount that Thermalright developed for the TRUE. Designed like a cheap pair of scissors, it cannot provide sufficient pressure to the badly finished, convex-shaped base.
Before I bought a properly designed Noctua NH-U12P, I used various mods to get the TRUE firmly mounted. After lapping the speed-bump off the base, I used the steel washer trick. This tightened it up somewhat but I still hated fighting the spring-screws and the flexing scissor mount every time I had to re-mount it. Nonetheless, the TRUE is a fantastic heatsink and does it's job very well as do most of Thermalright's products.
There were no temp issues with the TRUE with the Gigabyte P35 board I had then.
I have no issues at all with the temps on my PRO, but I had switched to the Noctua when I first installed the board.
Have you tried using RealTemp to monitor the cpu temps?
