Confusing between 2 style, help

The first block looks very nice, actually they both do, but I think the 1st block would perform better, it is in similar fashion to Swiftechs brand of waterblocks. The 2nd is more of a Koolance style using squares instead of diamonds

well they would both perform similar i assume, i would think that the square pins would be more restrictive but that would equal more turbulence which is good, but the first has a larger surface area, how do you plan to get the liquid onto your copper base?

i like the top one the most...man i wish i had a mill too..how much do those things cost? (a cheap one xD)
