Thanks for the review. That's a very nice FSB wall. How's the vDroop? And did you have a chance to play around with the PCI-e jumpers? I haven't seen anything like that in forever. Reminds me of old school OCing in the late 90s.

Oh, I have to ask, what type of camera do you use? Those pictures are incredible.

Nice. However, is there any major difference between these parts and a DFI UT P35 or Commando with a top notch e8400? I can the the same out of mine since January.

Not trying to be negative, the board looks awesome, especially the price. But I want to go to e8600 / P45 only if it's a performance jump, or able to run the same high clocks with very low, stable voltage..

:woot: E8600 comes and Commando will retire then :yepp:
I guess not, but will there be a Xeon-Version (like E3110 - E8400)?

Meh,

all your bases will belong to Intel when Bloomfield tears you a new one when you see its SP1M scores.

Ofcourse, if you don't care about 4/6 core behemoths, E8400/E3110 Wolfdale is like the most amazing Intel price/performance super overclocking CPU since E4300. Too bad Intel isn't making more chips on lower FSB so that we can have higher multiplier (aka E7200.. but with all the cache).

I'm hoping older X38 boards can clock this thing like hell also. 10x500 would be perfect :slobber:

Jumping from 530fsb to 606? No holes in between?

In any case very exciting stuff. The CPU as well, but I'm more impressed with the mobo. Biostar ... its been a long time since I tried one. :D

OMG I want your little duggies!!!!

But that is an amazing motherboard and CPU, it has completely blown my expectations for the P45 out of the water.

I would like to see how the other brands overclock as well, particularly the MSI P45 Platinum and Diamond with the huge cooler on the platinum and water on the diamond.

Saw this board on the egg tonight along with 8 or so other P45 offerings.

Anyone going to jump on it?
