I have had my chilled liquid rig in use now for a few months now, and I think It is time to do some serious inspection. I have brass, aluminum, and copper in my loop so I will take apart the water blocks and look for corrosion and fouling. I will also inspect and possibly tear down my Iwaki Rd-20 pump if I can find a manufacturer's reference for it. Can anyone think of something else that might be worth to time to inspect more closely while I have the opportunity.
The other issue I am having is a slight alcohol condensation. I am using Tygon R-3603 with barbed fittings and screw adjusted hose clamps. I believe that the clamps aren't quite giving me an ideal seal and a little fluid is leaking out. Any suggestions for a better clamp or fitting.
