Where can I find a good guide for 9800np volt mods? I don't feel safe soldering because I've never done it so can I safely use SMD grabbers?

I think I saw that before. Are SMD grabbers safe for this?

Sure SMD's are fine, but you need some precision/expensive ones that can hang onto the leg's of the voltage controller IC's. The one's at RatShack won't work, it's too tight between the pcb and the leg.
