nice improvement over the P03 on my 780i. Actually got an additional 200Mhz out of my Q6600. Seems to have solved the random video flakeout as well, knock on wood

For some reason, the 790i didn't work for me. Can you check from this pick to see if I already have this version?

What BIN file are you using? I would recommend the ISO. Download teh ISO from http://www.xfxsupportb.co.uk/XFX_790i_P06d_ISO.zip. Extract it and burn the image to a disc. It isn't like burning data. It has to be burned differently. If you need a utility to burn it than you can grab PowerISO from poweriso.com. Just click File>Open and then select the ISO and click burn. Boot to the CD and hit Y a couple of times and then you are done. If you get the same message from the ISO than turn off your full screen logo and then restart. Hit Pause at the first BIOS screen. Get me the release number in the top left and the extended part number on the bottom of the screen. It should look like 8311N3P06 and XFX-6A61MB03C-00.

Ya I don't have any blank CDs laying around. I'd prefer being able to do it through windows.

I guess I'll just go and pick up a CD later today. I'll see if I can figure this out.
