Abit Max3 Help

Please help:
My system boots right away when I have come into Windows. I am running my system 270*14 and it just boots, and that is with 1,7500v .....under that it wont boot into windows.

SYS:
P4 2.8c /FSB
ABIT MAX3
GEIL PC3500 5:4 or 3:2 - doesnt help
Prometia Mach1
H2o on NB
Bios version 12

Im using the same ram as you and at 5:4 I cant get above 175 stable. Could be something with the geil 3500?

Ya, 5:4 is not very good on this mobo, with alot of types of ram. Some are good though
