To make a long story short. Kits are returned to OCZ office in Netherlands. However, new kits back from RMA are sent from US to customer. Although they are declared as returned item with a very low value customs still don't like it and one might need to do a lot of explanation.

What customs don't like is that explicitly declared memory products can't cost so little including express shipping such as UPS/Fedex. For example, 4GB DDR3 memory + UPS shipping only $12. They don't like it

I hope OCZ will find this information useful :)
