I have a Cosmos 1000 case which pulls in air from the bottom and I was curious if it would be a bad idea to put it right on top of the AC vent in floor? Would condensation form inside the case? As long as I stay above the dew point I'm good right?

You'll be fine. The air coming out of the vent isn't nearly cold enough to cause condensation. Post some temps when you do this :yepp:

^Those are my Idle temps without the AC on in a room with 30°C ambients... Think mounting my Xigmatek S1283 vertically(not enough clearnace to mount horizontally) has impacted my case temps?

^These are my Idle temps with the AC on and set to 76°F. A 12°C Δ between the hottest and coolest cores when comparing the two idle temps.
Here are my load temps @ 3.33ghz (1.248vCORE) after 4+hrs of P95.

That's a 15°C drop compared to no AC in hot a room. I definitely need to improve the air flow of my CM Cosmos 1000.
