The Coolest

After I got my Maximus Formula I took out the OCZ set, one was unused while the second stick went into my HTPC.
Today I was rebuilding my E6400 + P5B rig as secondary and couldn't get windows setup to get past 'Setup is starting Windows' screen, after numerous attempts at playing with BIOS settings it wouldn't start, just locked up (Ctrl+Alt+Del didn't work).
I tried different RAM slots, but it only posted in the black ones (my board has a problem with the yellow ones, so I thought it was just the board).
I ran Memtest and it locked up as soon as it started the first test.
In my HTPC (A64 X2 3600+ on M2A-VM mobo) wouldn't post with it at all.
I just put the other stick into the P5B and I'm installing Windows right now.
Not quite sure what happened, RAM was kept in a safe place while out of the PC. It just stopped working :(
The PN on the stick is: OCZ25332048EBDCPER2-K
I know it's kinda old, not sure warranty still applies to this or not...
I'd appreciate any help regarding what can be done, as it's supposed to have Lifetime warranty.
*Edit:* Windows is up an running on this rig. Even primed it for a little bit, seems fine.
