I have a problem, please help!

OCZ PC3-14400
Thermalright Extreme 120 with 2 delta 4000 RPM 200 CFM 120mm fans
Thermaltake thoughpower 750W, Gigabyte 8800GT
I can not make memory to run @ 1800, tried different voltages, timings... dont know whats the problem is :( After OC it cant boot the bios, returning default values. Has written to Gigabyte support - no reply yeat. Any ideas? Thanks.
