Sotorage drive to go with raid 0.

So I am going to have vista 64, and all my games on a raid 0 of two 150 gig raptors. I want a third drive to keep all my movies and music on. (No porn I swear?) What are some suggestions? I am looking for something in the 500-750 gig range.
