Just by looking at the specs, it has 1500RPM to 49.7CFM to 19DBA ratio and not forget to mention that it also has blue LEDs.

Is this the fan that has the best from both world of performance and appearance? Of all blue LED fans I've looked at, their RPM to CFM to DBA ratio are just terrible that I must give up performance for appearance or vice versa.

So just how good are HiperFlow fans? Could its sound signature be louder than its technical spec of 19DBA to human ears?

Edit: Take a close look at this fan's static pressure VS Noctua NF-P12 1300rpm 120mm Fan.

If the specs are true, it might be the new favorite 120mm fan for both buyers who are seeking for performance and/or appearance. The air pressure/static pressure of 1.91 / mmH2O is unreal. I can't believe how it beats the currently highly rated high static pressure Notctua P12 fan by looking at paper specs.

By looking at its design though, it also has 9 blades. And the design of those 9 blades aren't small fin blades like Scythe Slip Stream Kaze Jyuni series. Slip Stream Kaze Jyuni are known to have 9 blades with smaller fin blades than the standard, so they've lower static pressure.

I can only find one review of this fan from the above link. I'd like to know more user response in this fan, and how accurate and reliable are these specs.
