its to much vcore?
1.35 bios 1.336 cpu-z

i want down vcore .. what u recommend me ?

Buy another CPU then and hopefully it clocks at a lower Vcore... nothing much you can do about it... it's a nice clock at those volts... though nothing earthshattering, maybe a better cooler could help ya a bit but I doubt it...

What's the full batch nr of that CPU plz ?

try putting 1.3000vcore in the bios and see. As it's been said, there ain't much to do if your cpu asks lots of volts... Concerning the cooling, no hesitations, good cooling improves perfs and stability, but can't do much against hardware limitations :/

Do you want to use that voltage for 24/7 use? It's not too bad. My X3110 (equivalent to the E8400) needs almost 1,4V for that :shakes:

Mine needs the same 1.336V, just 1.375V in BIOS, your board must be better. Been also running 9x467 1.475V (1.432 CPU-Z) and for about 10 hours 9x480 1.55V (1.504 CPU-Z) and no degradation to be seen, so you need not worry, with 1.336V you should be pretty safe.

Looking for a good one mate. Sometimes you are lucky and get a good one from the start, sometimes I have to buy several batches to try , rest is sold again on ebay...

At the moment still one wolfie E8400 too much...
