Right now, I am faced with a very tough decision...
I have currently a pair of 2GB sticks that can run DDR2 900 @ 1.9v 6-6-6-18
and DDR2 800 @ 5-5-5-15 @1.9v
With all of these new low multi 45nm chips, I'm going to need that DDR2 to run at 900MHz = 450FSB...
The problem is that I am now forced to run at higher latencies...
Should I spend say $60 and get some faster RAM? Or should I keep these 2x2GB sticks and hope I can get better speeds with 2.0v...
(They're heatspreaderless)
Even with 450FSB, 450x8.5 is still only 3825MHz, average at best for a 9550...
I can't test for higher RAM clocks right now because I'm mobo limited.
What should I do?

/Bump?
Is higher latency a huge part of performance?

ide say wait the ram should function differently on intel, if u cant wait then gskill 1000 or 1066
