DFI Lanparty P35 LT or Gigabyte EX38-DS5?

I am currently watercooling the Q6600 and 8800gts 512. I don't know which mobo to choose. I do not plan to Crossfire and I like to OC alot. Prices are similar over here.

The DS5 is a DS4 with 2 extra SATA and an extra heatpipe.
