I have a P5K-Deluxe Wifi with (2x2GB) ram. This mobo only recognizes 3.2GB installed? Also CPU-Z shows memory as asymetric. I replaced the ram with (4x1GB) and it stills shows Asymetric. The other funny thing is that even when I disable PageFile, it uses it ? Look at Pics.

Now all my other rigs detect 3.5GB of Ram (I know XP32 Limits), report Symetric RAM in CPU-Z, and PageFile usage is at 640MB max. All running same OS, same programs, same etc...

Any ideas? I think I've tried everything...

Upgrade your motherboard to the lastest bios, then you should see symetric.

Are you sure? What BIOS are you using in your mobo ?

I have a P5K-Deluxe Wifi with (2x2GB) ram. This mobo only recognizes 3.2GB installed?thats nothing special, the chipset and videocrd and other devices map some memory address space, and that memory cant be used by the system as a result :)
the only way to really fix this is to go for a 64bit os

thats just the memory controller mode... just ignore it id say...
The other funny thing is that even when I disable PageFile, it uses it ? Look at Pics. i dont see it... you mean amount of paged memory? thats not showing the use of a page file afaik, its showing whats currently written to the memory, not whats currently extended memory on your hdd.
Now all my other rigs detect 3.5GB of Ram (I know XP32 Limits), report Symetric RAM in CPU-Z, and PageFile usage is at 640MB max. All running same OS, same programs, same etc...

different chipsets, different vgas... even a different bios can change the mem adrress space and result in less available mem...

It can't be OS related, as to the BIOS only recognizes 3.2GB...even before it gets to the HDD and OS

Did you enable memory hole remapping in BIOS? A lot of people forget to do that...
You need to do that AND run a 64bit OS to use all 4GB.
