which one for getting the most out of a quad? they are around the same price. the system is going to be pretty lean, 2 hd, no raid, 1 optical, 4gb ram, 3 fans, 9600gt. for games, homework and oc. does the lp lt p35 have better power regulation than the x38 dk?

I would go for the P35, they clock a lot easier with Quads then X38.

ok, what is the difference (besides cooling and accessories) between the lp lt p35 and the dk p35?

P35 can hit higher FSB
