It's part "fan-43" on their website, an aluminum-cased fan shown with the specs in the thread title at $15 (120mm). There's no brand name given, though it looks like an evercool alu fan but with better specs. There's even a couple reviews, one of which mentions the 80/29 specs. Threw one into my last order and got, you guessed it, an evercool alu fan. Specs are clearly marked as 79.14CFM/36db. I was told on the phone that the mfctr. must have sent them the wrong one, though didn't say what kind it was supposed to be. And I'm not sure how it works that a retailer gets in the wrong goods and sells 'em as the correct ones.
Has anyone ordered one of these and got something other than an evercool?

edit: ad shows 4-pin connector. evercool has the usual 3-pin, with a separate 4-pin adapter included.
edit: they've now changed the specs in the ad to match the evercool's.
