QX9650 Voltage

Hi

I'm messing with my pc right now and have it Prime stable at 4.0 ghz 1.4v with the ram at 1173mhz 5-6-6-18 2T. Temps are 39 idle/54 load using a modded Zalman Reserator XT (don't laugh ;))

Whats the recommended safe voltage for this chip? And could you guys give me any tips?

I need 1.425 in the bios which is 1.344 in windows after vdroop. (9x445)

My temps under orthos using real temp are 44-38-32-40 and idle is hard to tell because I have frozen sensors.

I'm also curious as to whether or not this is safe voltage.

My chips vid is 1.1250.

Robilar, can you check with VID w/ new Coretemp...once again VID reporting has changed. Or if you used CPU-z, then...

Man, I got 60c loaded @ 4ghz with Dtek Fusion, MCP655, 1.3v!!! If only I could have you guy's temps...then this thing might actually go morethan 4.5!
