Tuniq Tower 120

Is the Tuniq Tower 120 considered a good cooler?
I saw few positive reviews for it , i was going to get the scythe ninja copper but that is just to heavy and the mounting mechanism on the Tuniq Tower 120 looks much better.
I wanted the ultra originally but no store around my area has it.
Let me know what u guys think of this cooler so i can place my order=)

well; i have a tuniq and a 'true' (thermalright ultra extreme)

the tuniq has a better mounting out of the box (for me)
i havent fiddled with the stock mounting on the true, but my tuniq is far tighter (the screws that came with my true bottom out way too early...needs fixing)

tuniq has bare copper base also vs true which has the usual nickel plate...so the tuniq doesnt need much in the way of 'lapping'

i was also looking at the ninja copper, it looks quite convincing...i havent seen any tests for it yet tho...and it is a heavy thing.

the tuniq has come down to 49$aud, which isnt bad imo.

Yes, it is very good. Just a little under the top coolers like the TRUE, IFX-14, S1284 and NH-U12P.

The tuniq works well. Especially for being older.

i bet you didnt lap the tuniq first, the ultra-120 extreme is still better though, i just bought one to replace my tuniq,

yes i lapped the tuniq it wasnt 100%

Tuniq is fine...in fact, I have one for sale with all the brackets including the rear bracket with sticky tape!! $35 shipped to US! (I can post an official thread about it tomorrow night if you are interested).
