Get the DFI, you won't be disappointed. I am running the LT Variant and it is solid as a rock with a huge supply of bios options to tweak. If you never plan on using onboard wifi save the $10.

Wifi for your desktop? You won't be moving your rig like a laptop right?

You can get a P5K-E w/o wifi for $10 less. There is also the Abit IP35 Pro.

Wow, you're in almost the same situation I am... with a 2006-Era AMD Rig wondering what to upgrade to.
As for mobo, I would say either the P5K-E or ABIT IP35-PRO for me.
The sinks on the T2RS looks a bit lacking.

who cares the dfi LT or Dk dont have connected heatpipes so its an easy swap to an hr-05 of u need cooling, and the pwm is fine with some MX-2
Remember the P5K-E WiFi does not have a HS for the top mosfets while the P5K-E does, if you want the WiFi i would also buy some small RAM sinks for them.
