I am looking for thoughts based on experience with this board.

NOT SPECULATION.

If you have/had this board, whats your opinion on it?

Its a very good board indeed, i havent really stressed my board at all as i was only aiming for 3.2Ghz clock. Might clock it higher when i fit my Ultra-120 Extreme as my Tuniqs mounting plate is boogered so its not making an even mount now. There is lots of stuff in the Bios which makes tweaking very easy indeed.

Purchased a Maximus Formula when first released and swore never to buy ASUS again due to CPU INIT & DETRAM problems from the get go ... caved in and upgraded to Rampage earlier this month and never looked back. This is without doubt the very best motherboard I have ever owned - it overclocks wonderfully (QX9650 @4.22Ghz 24/7), and is both stable (with exactly the same hardware that my Maximus repeatedly choked on) and forgiving.
