Fan recommendation

I need a fan for my Thermalright HR03 GT and a fan for my Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme, what would you recommend? Not too loud and with nice performance

Also do you think i should replace the fans that come with this case i'm buying?

Scythe S Fkex f works well, San Aces are a lil to a lot better if you don't mind the noise
