Start -> Run -> msconfig -> General tab -> Normal Startup

Normal Startup already selected and still problem persists? Try this:
Msconfig -> Boot tab -> Advanced Options -> Take out checkmark beside "Maximum Memory"

Checkmark not there and still problem persists? Turn on the checkmark and set (in Megabytes) your total PHYSICAL system RAM (eg. 1 GB = 1024 MB). Click OK (and agree to everything lol), and restart.

Still problem persists? Backup, re-install. (sorry dude)
