Urgent help needed, please look ?

Yesterday i accentially went into sleep mode, after resuming, my icons in taskbar are missing, also any thing i click on says something about programme assoications.

Only way i can do things i right clicking and run as admin, whats happen to vista 64.

Sometimes i bloody hate it, Can someone please help, i want to get back to normal,

Can you give me a screenshot? I've not heard of this at all, so anything you can show will help a lot. Sounds like something got corrupted. Maybe a sys restore will get you to a point you can work to fix the problem, or if that fails a OS reinstall.
