i'm working on a remod of my G70 with some powder coat, dual loop goodness but i have one problem: not enough room for 2 res (hard to mount 1 360 1 240 GTX + 2 ddc pumps + 4 hdds + 2 dvd drives internally without placing the psu at the bottom :D)
well yesterday i found this on eddys store: EK MULTIRES LINK (http://ekwaterblocks.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=198)
this adds 2 more inlets to a multires and makes it possible to feed 2 pumps with just 1 res :D
pro is that the water from both the gpu and cpu loops gets exchanged and makes perfect use of both rads (no overhead on one loop)
i only fear that i get some serious cyclones but with 2 100mm tubes there should be no problem (i plan to use the link-part as my inlet and the side outlets of the bottom part to feed the pumps)
anyone got some experience with such setups???
planned loop order:
res - pump(DDC2) - gtx360-cpu (ek supreme)-res
res-pump (DDC1)-gtx 240-vga crads (2xmaze5)-res
any info from cyclone-experts are welcome :D
