I need to find a really really small pump that is still DC, reliable and good quality for a water cooling project. I bought the DD-CPX1 and its still too big. (46x61x60mm) Any ideas?

Try this one, I don't reccommend it w/ a restrictive block or more than one block for that matter, but seem's you only care @ size... NONXTREMESYSTEM
Sorry but you will have to check the dimensions yourself. Something in me will not allow me to read anything @ this pump....

Hmm, did you mess up that post? cause it seemed like you were going to give me a link or a product name but didn't. Anyways, i need it small because it has to fit inside my xbox 360, i did a test fitting of the Danger Den one but for it to fit i will need to move 5-7 resistors on the motherboard... and i would rather not attempt that.

Sorry, had to get off that link asap, was hurting my eyes... LOOK AGAIN
XB360 huh, Need to make an external setup. Can you enclose both rad/pump inside XB360 ??? Think you might have more than a few problems w/o a radiator.... :slapass:
About to do the same thing as you, but w/o attempting to fit everything inside the BOX. Suggest you build an external enclosure to house pump/radiator...

the db-1 is the exact dimensions as the one he posted dude. Also, it doesn't make him NONXTREMESYSTEM. He is cooling his xbox 360. modding it like that is pretty extreme. Pls post pics of the log crankyhobo. I'm sorry i can't find a smaller pump than that.

Why the hostile attitude Boogerland ??
He didn't mention XB360 in the begining thread...
I have (2) Xbox 360's (RMA'D 5 so far) and I also plan to Liquid Cool my "Elite" model. Trying to help him dude, a little hard to find a pump that will fit inside the "cramped confines of a XBOX 360. If he is liquid cooling, then logic dictates he must have a way of removing the heat from whatever liquid he is using to cool whatever blocks he is using. Therefore some sort of radiator must be used, why not build a simple enclosure to house both the radiator and pump......................

There's no place for attacking others here at XS.

The DCC seems to be fairly low profile stock, according to this (http://www.cooltechnica.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=AQX-DDC-12V&Category_Code=DC-Pump) its 1.5" x 2.4" x 2.4" but ive seen with modded tops like petras the inlet is in a different place and the pump thicker overall.. i wonder if there are any tops for this made to be as low profile as possible.
DD-CPX1 = rebadged DB-1, for the record.
I'm not sure what kind of budget you're on, nor what kind of performance you're expecting, but Thermaltake offers some very small pumps with their liquid cooled systems. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the pump units for sale individually, only as part of a system, such as HERE (http://thermaltakeusa.com/product/Liquid/All-In-One/cl-w0086/cl-w0086.asp) and HERE (http://thermaltakeusa.com/product/Liquid/All-In-One/cl-w0065/cl-w0065.asp). Despite that, they might be available individually ('replacement' parts, maybe?).
Honestly, I cringe at even suggesting these pumps, as their 72L/hr flow rate is positively TERRIBLE, but depending on your situation, they might do the trick.

I didn't mean to do any harm dude. I'm not really good at english so it seems like i'm getting pissed off but i'm not lol. I'm sorry if i said anything offensive. I was just trying to state that the db-1 has the exact dimensions as the cpx-1
