What cooler and settup you got? But, assuming you mean the fan on your cooler, the short answer to you questionis: give it more voltage.

If it's already at 12v get a new fan, or heatsink and fan or improve the airflow in the case, firstly by getting rid of all the dust.

You gave no information at all, it's very hard to give you an accurate suggestion

from what you posted in the aircooling area it looks like you have a cnps9500 which isn't a very good cooler anyway. Still the first thing I'd do is check the case airflow. See what temps you have under load when the case is open.

oh and don't forget to check the contact between the heatsink and cpu

what is the temperature in your room?

Assuming you have good airflow and that the reason for the high temps is your heatsink maybe you should look into getting a Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme or another high end cooler. Or you check if you have a concave ihs on your cpu and possibly lap it in order to make better contact with the heatsink

remove the blades of your fan, stick them directly to your cooler, and I tell you, it will begin to fly  just joking, no offense :)

well,like I said, it is summer time,28c - 32c ambient.
Iam saving my money for a new GPU (G200),that's why I don't wanna watercooling.
Is there any salvation?
Thanx.

Keep in mind that 50's are normal temps and 65 C is barely hot.

If your room is 32c, 37c idle is fine and 65c loaded is normal. Don't worry.

The problem is your room temp is 32c... that's hot.
