Computer Case coolers,how much they affect the cpu temps???

a lot, but it's rather difficult to answer questions if they arent a tad more specific, if you could for example mention what case you got / have in mind, what hardware you are talking about, what cooling, then it would allow people to give a far more accurate and spot on answer.

Its summer time and my IDLE Temps are 40 - 44c .... load 60 - 75c.
I don't like it !!! :mad:
What should I do,to keep it cooL ???
