P4C 800 Deluxe and WD Raptors

Does anyone know if the udma setting that is shown while configuring the raid array pertains to the WD Raptors. The 10.10 bios set it to 5. The 10.11 bios set it to 6 but it is not changeable and I see no verbage anywhere on it. Thanks.:)

I think it should be set to 6.5, as these drives are SATA drives, right and that is 150Mbytes/sec, which is 17Mbytes more than ATA133 (UDMA6) and is exactly the half of 1 UDMA rating... :)

well, just check with sandra if there is any difference and that's alll :)

Thanks for the response, most appreciated. From what I'm getting on other sites it doesn't apply to Sata drives. They evidently work on a different standard. So that it would not be a dma or udma value.
