I heard about your rep on NVIDIA cards. When I decided that my Prescott needed a long awaited retirement I decided on XFX when it came to graphic cards. I must admit that I was a bit sceptic because ATI was not, yet, your speciality but I am happy I chose XFX. I have an XFX HD4890 XXX CrossFire setup and they are splendid so far.

Given the stellar quality you XFX support folk provide, maybe I should get XFX to hire me to sit on my arse all day and not help anybody when they need it. Seriously mods, why do you keep this sub-forum open when no XFX representatives bother checking in?

100% Agree. No response at all here. Ticket response. Sorry, can't help you.

4 4890's, 3 5870's & a 4870X2...all XFX...never again.

Noting the sarcasm of "Ket", the support is rather extremely bad, they even act as if there is no one above them to speak to, which we all know is a lie, because if the people above them became aware of our problems, they would actually be fixed.

Actually, its likely the people above them who say to fob people off. XFX are just lucky my 2 HD4830s were stupidly cheap and I wasn't expecting any kind of support.

I have to say, that XFX support rocks. I just called them so I could register my HD6870's because the website was having issues. Took 5 minutes and the guy had the info in my account. By the way, only on hold for maybe 2 minutes.

As it happens... i've had a pretty thorough conversation with XFX support about a mobos behaviour... they have, frankly, SPOILED me.... I get emails out of the blue asking if things are ok and if the advice helped.

I've not had to use company online support much, but XFX is the stand-out positive company for me :)

I have a few XFX pieces and no one them have given me issues yet so I can't say anything about the customer/tech support folks. But I will say this, there is always two sides to the story, maybe the ones complaining here get rubbed off because of attitude or tone they give the support people [as we can clearly see an individual show it here]. No one likes to be called for help and be treated like crap.
