As long as noone actually tries to play the "latest DX10 titles" (Crysis), "at maxed details including AA/AF" (All Very High DX10 + AA*16 (SLIAA*32/64) + AF*16), and at "2560X1600" resolution, then they are probably right :D

Because that particular example will fail in terms of performance, and using DX9 it will fail completely.

I think you will find 1 or 2 people in ocuk do know what they are doing, and are successful, people you speak to on the phones are not tech, just phones operators that sort RMA`s etc.

As for stuff on the website, people in tech have no control over, its just PR, and for the record way off what the system can do ;)

btw the average age in tech is 25, so not teenagers :D
